What a gem! The hotel offers stunning rooms with a perfect view of the bridge and a touch of history with the four-poster bed directly overlooking the iron bridge. The service from the friendliest and most welcoming staff, especially Mark, Gemma, and Janet, was impeccable. The hotel's ideal location for exploring Ironbridge and surroundings makes it a top choice. The dining experience, while tasty, had its drawbacks. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
